- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One thing that sets us apart from many limo companies is that we are completely up front with our fees and hourly minimums. We don't hide the tip or extra fees from you. Other companies may offer a lower rate and then the driver will demand that you tip before you can get off the vehicle. We aren't like that. Other companies may say that they will be fine with a one-way or point-to-point trip and charge you a high amount. We will offer you a vehicle for 3-4 hours minimum for that price and be up front with you. Transparency is our goal 100% of the time.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most commonly, we have worked with people for corporate events, birthdays, prom/homecoming, weddings, and just nights out on the town. We have done long-distance transportation for groups, and any distance is totally fine with us!
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We've moved up to 2,250 people in one way for an entire week for a convention in the Dallas area.
