- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very transparent. I DO NOT HAVE ANY HIDDEN FEES. We only have an hourly rate and service fee. That's it. nothing else.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer we generally like to speak with them and get a gist of what it is that they are looking for. Also we work to create a seamless move plan that works best for the customer. We also like to do estimates on homes that are larger than 2500sqft or if they've been in the home more than 8 years.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
