- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As every event and every design is unique, my services are on an individual basis and are established at either an hourly rate ($75/hr), flat-rate, or a customized package structure (packages start at $500 and includes setup and breakdown fees). I also provide custom print design services, such as invitations, menus, escort cards, seating charts, signage, favor tags, programs, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with you! I provide a free inital consultation and gather feedback using a styling assessment covering your ideas, inspiration, design aesthetic, and ever important budget. This helps me uncover your personality, find out what your likes and dislikes are, and thread those details into your event. We'll then collaborate our ideas by using vision/inspirations boards and I prepare conceptual sketches to help you visualize every last detail.
