When I began my search for a PC repair service, I was contacted by Matthew via Thumbtack, and he was very helpful in scheduling my appointment the next morning. At the shop, Gabe was professional, courteous, and listened attentively to my description of the problems with my PC. Diagnosis determined that my Operating System software had failed, and rather then upselling me a series of expensive hardware upgrades, Gabe was able to reinstall a new OS, with a valid software key, and returned my PC ahead of the initial estimate. I commend Gabe on his integrity, because he could have turned a quick profit by selling me unnecessary hardware or even an entirely new computer. Mobile Rescue has my personal endorsement for quality, economical, and punctual service. I will recommend them to my friends, and will definitely return if I have any future problems. CA

We do free diagnostics and estimates. We also don't for repair services unless we can fix it!!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We collect customer information and offer a free estimate. All of our services include free diagnostics. If we cant fix it we don't charge.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 10 years of experience in the IT word we can do it all. We are Comp TIA A+ certified and able to meet all your technical needs. We also have over 20 years of combined experience in e-marketing and web development.
