- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on standard collections/packages for a variety of wedding budgets & desired package. All packages include 2 photographers and rights release to print photographs anywhere the couple desires. We also offer the opportunity to purchase prints via the online gallery received. Via our weddingwire, couples receive a 10 percent discount for booking with us for 2018-2019 seasons. All bookings require a retainer at 30% of our agreed and signed quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consultation with our brides or couples, allows both parties to determine what is a good fit based on hours of shoot time, desired collection/s, and a timeline discussion of your wedding day (dependent on the stage of planning our couple is at the time of booking, communications and updates continue after booking to assist in planning). We also offer to create a mood board with our couples, to determine their preference/style/feel of their desired photographs once we book.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been mentored under famous photographer Jerry Ghionis. Since then, we have pursued to express our voice artistically via our own body of work and/or individual photographs.
