- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Flat fee service. We do not charge by the hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to conduct a phone Q&A session in order to gather as much information about the service needed to ensure we provide exactly what the customer needs. We then set up an appointment to conduct a service call and at that point we evaluate the situation and offer the customer their options.
