FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Get a free estimate: One of our team members will come out to inspect your existing roof condition and offer a free estimate. We’ll provide you a Good, Better, and Best estimate allowing you to see several different types of roofing shingles that’ll best fit your budget. 2. After the estimate is reviewed and accepted we’ll book a spot in our schedule, we require a 25% deposit and authorization to do the work on your home. 3. Upon receiving the deposit we will pull the necessary permits with your city and place the material order with our suppliers. 4. The week leading up to the job you can expect phone calls to keep you updated on the estimated start date and any changes due to weather or unforeseen delays in our work schedule. 5. Materials and trash canister will be delivered either the day before we are scheduled to start or the morning of. We’ll ask you to please park your vehicles out of the garage and off of the driveway during construction. We will require access to your driveway to load material onto the roof, remove debris from the roof, and to clean up. 6. During the job, we will let you know what time you can expect us to start work each day. We will talk with you daily about the progress of the job and any concerns so we can address those right away. 7. We will coordinate with the city inspector to come out and inspect all work that is required to be inspected. 8. At the end of the job, we’ll confirm with you that the inspection has passed and we’ll take you around the house and on the roof, if needed, to confirm all work is completed per contract before we ask for a final payment. We would also appreciate it if you would fill out a short survey letting us know how the process was for you. Your feedback is very valuable to us. We would also appreciate any referrals or an online review to express your satisfaction with the work we do and with our company.
