1. Additional cost if the travel distance is out of 20 mile radius, usually $20. 2. Highly recommend sending pictures of the property to lock in correct quote so there are no surprises. 3. Additional cost if there is a half story on the home. 4. If you would like Individual sides cleaned one story homes are $50 per side two story homes are $65 each side. (If under 2500 square foot)

I Currently reside in Lithonia Georgia. If I have to travel over 20 miles there will be an additional $20 added to quote.
