- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is in the middle of the road. I try to make sure its affordable to all.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Scheduling for me to come out. I look over what is needed. I like to provide options so that the customer is comfortable with what they are paying and what they are getting for the price. Communication is key.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the business for almost 10yrs. That is not that long to me and with the plumbing industry constantly changing I'm always making sure to continue my education.
