FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different. We charge 35 dollars per man, per hour. Plus material. I estimate the hours based on square footage, which is based on my experience in what I can do everyday. On average I grind 140-190 square ft of brick wall a day and tuckpoint 120-150 a day. Prices are based on estimated time and material cost. We consistently beat our competition in cost and quality. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I receive a call or text about a masonry issue, we set up a time to meet at the address the issue is at. I look over work to be done. I then provide an estimate right there if it is a simple calculation, if it is more complex I will thoroughly measure and take pictures and provide an estimate as soon as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With masonry the learning is mostly hands on, but I do attend masonry classes when available in Springfield.
