Introduction: I have over 25 yrs. experience in teaching computer skills and computer software. I am very patient and empathetic and love helping others. I am well read, educated, self-educated and detail-orientated. I am honest, reliable, well liked, patient, empathetic and always eager to help others. I take pride in any job that I do and give 110% of myself. I am very creative and enjoy working with all kinds of technology (computers, smartphones, tablets and scanners, etc.).
My passion is teaching others computer skills. I am also a virtual assistant for people who do not have the time or the inclination to learn computer skills. In my last job, I talked with people all day long who had no idea how to use and secure their computers, to do everyday research and maintain their computers. The result was their purchasing numerous software programs to try to fix their computers themselves and save money. Most people are spending so much unnecessary money on duplicate products and leaving themselves vulnerable to cyber criminals. I couldn't help those people in my last job but now I can!
I want to help people use their computers responsibly to avoid scams and overspending on unnecessary products and services.
