Quality is what he provides period. If your a perfectionist this is the man for your job. Hoping to have him back next week for a new list of odd and end jobs. I will look no further. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I won't claim to be the cheapest guy out there but I am reliable and always do good work. I normally price per job, but I can also do per hour work as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For most jobs I like to see the job before providing a quote. Some standard jobs can be quoted without being seen. After providing a quote, I normally request 20% down for materials and final payment upon completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked various construction jobs for the last 15 years. My favorite thing to do is whole house renovations. But when I'm not on a whole house project, I enjoy doing small jobs for people like you.
