- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a price for the job not hourly. We do not subcontract out so you are dealing with the actual company. The Techs are not on commission which is very important because they will not sell you a service that you don't need. We Warranty our work!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free service with repair. We diagnose your problem immediately. Once the problem is found the Tech will explain the issue onsite and give you a fixed price to repair. We don't charge by the hour or have any hidden fees. We Warranty our work. What we tell you on the phone is exactly what you get. Most importantly we answer our phone 24/7 and it never will be a answering service! We have been in business since 1957 and in South Florida almost 20 years.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our professional techs are licensed and insured. We have a EPA License. They have minimum 15+ years experience. The Senior Tech has 37 years in the business. service! We have been in business since 1957 and in South floida almost 20 years.
