- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes my standard pricing is 49 however I provide 10% discounts if I'm teaching a group of people for the same company.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well first I always start with getting to know their back ground and experience and that shapes the way the class will go
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a nursing student graduating with my RN in December. I have also done HHA work for some years.
