FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I've been around for 25 yrs and my pricing doesn't just get based on what others are charging. It is nice to beat others but one thing you have to know is your pricing shows who you are. You get every Penny's worth out of me and my company no matter the job no matter the size.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to first meet and greet, I like to get a understanding of what is wanted and mesurements and everything else depending on the job. I then like to research to see if I am able to get discount materials for customer. The costumer and I then schedule a day and time to start the job, we also advise on how long it will potentially take to do said job. In some cases it may not take as long as projected, but the job isn't finished until customer states they are satisfied and happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I always say I am a jack of all traits master in none. I have 25 yrs experience, my business, my family, that's my lively hood. We all have to survive, might as well be doing what I'm good at and love to do.
