Dustin diagnosed my laptop needed a new hard drive. He recommended websites and discussed my options from the economical choices up to the higher end. When my hard drive arrived, Dustin came that day to do the install. Everything turned out great and now my laptop is faster than ever. He took the time to explain his trouble shooting and the pros and cons of the different hard drive choices, as well as the technical terms. He had a great attitude and great customer service skills! I definitely recommend him and will use him in the future when I need computer service!

I charge $40 an hour generally but sometimes I will charge for the particular service.
