- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing is $350 for a standard inspection. I provide a 10% discount to all Military and First Responders. Included in my pricing is the use of all of the latest technology including FLIR Thermal technology. I do not charge extra to do a thorough job. I feel that charging more to do a better job is dishonest and lacking of integrity.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One it has been determined that I have been awarded the job, I will coordinate a date for the inspection as well as describe the process of the inspection to the customer. I will answer as many questions as possible and provide insight if I see that it will benefit the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have met all requirements through the Texas Real Estate Commission to be a Licensed Professional Real Estate Inspector. In addition to the Texas Real Estate Commission, I am a Certified Professional Inspector through the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. I have additional certifications through them. All of those can be seen on my website.
