- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I try to learn as much about your pets routines as possible. My goal is to keep them on the same schedule they are accustom to when you are home. This makes for less stress for your pet and makes your transition from your vacation easier. I want to learn their routines to better serve your family.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I have always been an advocate for animals! My goal was to work with them someday! I married and had children and my life took over . When my youngest 2 (twins) graduated high school, I decided it was my time to realize my dream. I left the Denton ISD and started "Maggie May's"!!!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Ask a lot of questions! An open dialogue with your provider is the best way to get the service you want. The more information you can provide about your pets habits and temperament the better. Every pet parent has their habits and routines with their pet- the more you share with your provider the more satisfied you will be with the service.
