Hagen Holmes came to the rescue after another handyman no-showed, on a Saturday, no less. Hagen was here in less than 15 minutes, and began assembly of my IKEA Stenstorp kitchen island as soon as he hit the front door. He had it together in 50 minutes and did an outstanding job. I used to do most of my "handyman" chores, but lately haven't had the energy to do them because I work too much. I could see as he worked that he really knows what he's doing plus he's fast. We chatted while he worked. He has an extensive background that gives him the experience to be a good, well-rounded handyman. Carpentry experience, too. I highly recommend Hagen....give him a call and see for yourself.

Custom built round staircase. Hagen was a life saver when I hired him to help build a custom round staircase. He was on time and very courteous to my lack of knowledge. He took the time to explain his techniques as I peered over his shoulder. Excellent quality!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My professional rate is $60/hr or about $500/day. I also accept trades: tickets to sports, art or theater; work in your giftedness; travel; dining, etc. Bottom line is I have spent my whole life developing my talents, as have you i'm sure. A fair trade should be equal burden, not dollars.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will plan so show up and estimate the work to be done that day and provide paperwork upon request.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of working and mentoring in many different fields.
