- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My website lists my pricing. The more hours I am offered, the lower the pricing is. The lowest I will go for independent contract work is typically $20 p/h (we have to take 25% to 30% of our earnings to pay taxes, so going less than $20 p/h makes it hard to pay bills).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we have an initial phone call and get to know one another (Skype and google hangouts are great too). We discuss our working styles and go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA from Colorado State University in Social Sciences: Political Science and English. I have done everything from being a receptionist to helping legal counsel prepare for hearings. I have over 11 years of experience.
