If we represent you in purchasing a property our services are free of charge. Our pricing varies when it comes to listing your property with our packages offered.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In working with a new customer on our first initial meeting we're looking to find out what our clients needs and expectations are. Are they looking to purchase a property or sell their current home. What are some of the specifications they're looking for in a home. If our client is interested in purchasing a property we'll get them in touch with a reputable, professional and knowledgeable mortgage lender to get them qualified. We also take this time to explain how our services work and what we're able to offer with our expertise.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has a background in finance, along with commercial and residential sales. We're continually taking courses to continue our education to stay in the know with an industry that's always changing. The more knowledgeable that we are gives our clients a leading edge in the market.
