Amanda was fantastic to work with as a realtor. She demonstrated expertise in her field and handled every aspect of of our home purchase professionally. She was very insightful and understood just what we were looking for. We were living in NH seeking to buy a home in Colorado. Amanda communicated very effectively via phone and email. Listings perfectly suited to our criteria were sent to us regularly. She answered all our questions quickly and accurately. Over the several times we travelled to Colorado to have homes for sale shown to us, we felt Amanda had prepared in every way and exceeded expectations to maximize our search. She acted on our behalf tirelessly and was willing to show us as many properties as possible to help us find just what we wanted. We appreciated most her genuine sincerity and concern for us as individuals. She was was pleasant, kind and courteous always seeking to be helpful and meet our needs. We moved to Colorado from Tennessee, and Amanda and Aaron were so instrumental in helping us find the perfect home in Colorado. My wife and I have hired Amanda Duran for the last four home transactions we've done in the past 5 years both in selling and buying a home. Amanda was very attentive and listened to our needs and wants and delivered both buyers and inventory to meet those expectations. Amanda and Aaron make a great team in marketing the home for sale and following the process to closing always concerned with our needs. For example, if Amanda had not been attentive on our last sale of our home this past February and willing to meet with the appraiser with current and accurate appraisals, it would have cost us potentially thousands of dollars up to a broken deal had Amanda not had the commitment to us as her clients to deliver more than promised - which today is very difficult to find. I would recommend Amanda and Aaron to anyone selling and/or buying a home- extremely knowledgeable of many communities in the area and committed to a high level of professionalism in their performance. We will definitely hire Amanda and Aaron for our next move - both for the sell and buy but hopefully not too soon. Our boxes are not unpacked yet. Dave and Chris Picken

If we represent you in purchasing a property our services are free of charge. Our pricing varies when it comes to listing your property with our packages offered.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In working with a new customer on our first initial meeting we're looking to find out what our clients needs and expectations are. Are they looking to purchase a property or sell their current home. What are some of the specifications they're looking for in a home. If our client is interested in purchasing a property we'll get them in touch with a reputable, professional and knowledgeable mortgage lender to get them qualified. We also take this time to explain how our services work and what we're able to offer with our expertise.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has a background in finance, along with commercial and residential sales. We're continually taking courses to continue our education to stay in the know with an industry that's always changing. The more knowledgeable that we are gives our clients a leading edge in the market.
