- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My on-site rate is $45 per hour, flat rate. Most of my service is performed on site. I also offer flat rate services such as computer repair if I'm working from home. My standard computer repair cost is $90. This can be significantly less expensive for my clients and much more time efficient for me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to school for Web design and development. It was a hobby that I turned into a profession. But I've been training for tech support related tasks for my whole life. I built my first computer when I was 9 and my first website when I was in the 6th grade (1996).
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been doing this my entire life to some degree. Computers just come naturally to me and I love technology.
