FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every situation involving a tree is different; hence there is no standard pricing system. What there is are standard services for all tree pruning from a complete prune, deadwood, shaping, crown reduction, structural prune, and training young trees to just simply clearing for city code or spot pruning of undesirable branches either for aesthetic purposes or for functionality. The best thing to do is to request a free estimate and have an expert look at the situation and give you a price along with helpful information and suggestions based on experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide a free estimate upon request for any required services. If the customer needs to consult with us we will set an appointment to meet at the address in question and we can discuss options available for a specific job, otherwise we provide an estimate with suggestions based on the information provided upon first contact. We are happy to answer any questions and clarify any points relevant to an estimate. If we are approved to go ahead with a job, we will schedule a date to perform the authorized work, and for the convenience of a customer, if possible, we will schedule a specific date in accordance to the customers wishes. On the date of a scheduled work order we will arrive at the job site and professionally perform all approved work within an already established timeframe, and if we will exceed the limits of that timeframe we will respectfully request permission to complete our job. We strictly adhere to all of the safety and professional standards in common practice within the tree care industry. Upon completion we will do our best to leave your property with the most minimal sign of our presence cleaning up and hauling all brush and debris from our operations.
