- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $30/hr for my services. By-the-project charges are negotiable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a preliminary conversation, either on the phone, on Google Hangouts, or by email – whichever the client prefers. During this conversation, I try to get to know the client and their desires for the job. After this process is complete, I begin working on goals that we lay out together. I contact the client within three days of opening the project for initial feedback. If the client is satisfied with the progress, I continue the process until the job is complete. If the client is unsatisfied, I adjust how I proceed based on the client's suggestions. After this adjustment, I continue the workflow until the job is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated with honors from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a Bachelor's Degree in Creative Writing. I am an experienced copywriter, copyeditor, and content marketer, as well as a regular blogger.
