- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with a new customer for a complimentary needs assessment. This is where we take a look at the areas that need to be organized, talk about the end goal of the project, create an action plan to achieve the end results, put together a time and cost estimate, and get to know each other a bit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken a few online courses and read many books, but most of my training has come from real life situations and working with clients. I have always been organized and helped my family and friends get and stay organized. Becoming a Professional Organizer was a natural step in my life. I also have a strong customer service background that compliments my services.
