My oven died a few weeks ago, I called one company and they were going to charge $100 just to walk through the door! After waiting a week, they called and canceled the appointment because the part that was needed couldn’t be found and I should consider buying a new oven…That’s when I called JR, he came over, verified the part I needed (same part the other company couldn’t find) JR was able to get the part and even suggested that we have the “brain” checked at the same time (No extra charge). Once the part(s) came in, JR was here and had everything in great working order in about an hr!
