As a Real Estate Professional, I am always keeping an eye out for educated, trustworthy Home inspectors that I can refer my clients to, and Benjamin was all of that and more! He took the time to walk my clients through each item on the inspection report, and instead of creating fear (like a lot of inspectors do), he explained how serious or not serious each issue was, and gave comprehensive steps that could be taken to fix the problems.
