Array Counseling

Introduction: I have almost a decade of experience helping a wide array of individuals and couples achieve their goals and live the lives they deserve. I have had many of the same struggles my clients have. I hold a masters degree in counseling psychology as well as multiple certifications in the health and wellness field. My training and experience is reinforced by the work I have done on myself to ensure my own happiness and well being. I practice from a place of non-judgement and work with individuals and couples in ways which support them as unique individuals. I am consistently inspired by the courage my clients have and the willingness to open themselves up to the process of being who they really want to be. I find that the unique nature of each client teaches me more about myself and allows me to be more helpful to clients in the future. I am truly grateful for and rewarded by the opportunities I have to work with people from diverse places and diverse backgrounds.
