FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are a lot of variables when it comes to window cleaning, from window size to how many panes a window unit has. From how many floors to how dirty or accessible a window can be. From residential to commercial. These can all vary greatly. For example, for residential Justin's Professional Window Cleaning will charge per pane, or per hour, depending on the customer needs. For commercial, Justin's Professional Window Cleaning will charge by the hour and number of floors a building might have and such.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The approach I take is to always do my best to make my customers feel comfortable with me from the minute we speak over the phone for the first time and when we first meet. Building trust is key, to a great working relationship between a customer and a service provider. I like to make sure that we both are clear and on the same page, before any work is done, which includes costs, time and such.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As far as education relating to this field, I think 20 years in the business is close to a masters degree, "I would think". I've done many safety classes relating to the window cleaning industry, guidelines set by IWCA, ANSI, and OSHA. I also have a Boom lift operator certification and a class A cdl.
