Introduction: I am a former Military Working Dog Trainer, a certified Canine Training and Behavior Specialist, a certified AKC Canine Good Citizen Test Evaluator, and a certified Explosive Detection Dog Handler through International Police Work Dog Association. Classes are held at your home so we can focus on practical problems without sharing a trainer’s time with other students. I thoroughly train the owners so your dog will continue to listen to you years after our training sessions. I use balanced training techniques, meaning I teach new tasks in a fun manner through positive reinforcement, then, once the dog completely understands the command, I will teach appropriate consequences that will be humane and not effect your relationship when your dog decides not to listen.
