FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That im generally lower than most companies and i never try to sell parts or services that are not needed. Its hard to estimate a job without knowing what is exactly wrong so the customer needs to know that my quote isnt set in stone. im more interested in building relationships than building a big bank account.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would prefer to talk to the customer either over the phone or face to face. In order to accurately determine what is wrong with the door and what it will take to repair, I generally have a number of questions that I like to ask. Trying to communicate via email or text message is often vague and cumbersome. My prices aren't set in stone and I am more likely to bid a job higher until I fully understand what work needs to be done. That is so much easier to do with a phone call rather than sending emails and text messages.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15 years of on the job training. ive pretty much seen it all and fixed it all.
