- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My base rate is $35 an hour, with a minimum requirement of one hour. Pet sitting fees are estimated by the number of pets and their needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to discuss each job, obtain further information about their needs and then view the project. I like to provide individualized, quality customer service and care.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's in Psychology and a Master's in Education and H. R. D. I am mechanically inclined. I own my home and have maintained it primarily by myself. My father taught me much.
