50 minute session-$100 Sliding scale is offered
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To begin, I provide free phone consultations and give you the chance to ask any questions and determine if we are the right fit. Once we have both decided to work together we schedule our first session and meet on a weekly basis. We will use the first session to discuss how therapy can be most beneficial to you and set realistic goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Communication. My Master’s degree is in Counseling with an emphasis in Couple and Family. I have extensive training and experience working with diverse individuals and couples. My experiences include working with students in a university setting providing career counseling, residential, and private practice providing therapy for couples and individuals.
