Very professional and was clear about what he could and couldn't do. Didn't waste time trying to take on things that were outside of his capability but fortunately was able to fix the issues I was dealing with. Specifically, I was having issues running a work application on my home PC and he recommended and completed hardware upgrades that resolved that issue at a cost lower than other options and that should last for several years. Installed new SSD, RAM and Windows10 in my 5 year old PC and installed and set up my work application including company VPN. In the end, well worth the money.
