- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices for cakes depend on the design. I usually start at $3 a serving for buttercream cakes' and $3.50 for fondant. I do work with customers to have the design they want without having to break the bank.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet in person and discuss the order. I do offer cake tastings for a small fee as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Pastry chef degree, 2011, Pikes Peak Community College Head Pastry Chef at The Sugarplum Cake Shoppe for 2 years, and a decorator for another year.
