- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the job, I will always consult with my client first to find out their unique needs. I understand that it can be difficult to describe or fully understand tech related problems or needs and it is my goal to make that as simple as possible. During these consultations, I will be able to get a full idea of what exactly my client needs and will go from there, thus, I don't charge for consultations and time spent diagnosing your issue via a consult will be free. Once hired, you can expect prompt service, full customer support, hands on training if needed and a thorough examination after to make sure your problem was fixed.
