- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?10% off for active military (requires proof of military ID) $20 /hr + fees unless otherwise quoted. Some jobs may be quoted hourly and others may be quoted in total regardless of the time required. Certain types of work may require additional services or fees and raise that price slightly. This will be outlined in the quote. Fees include any additional parts required to finish your job. A gas fee will be applied for jobs over fifteen miles away at a rate of $0.20 per mile. For jobs totaling $500 or more, a 50% deposit will be required prior to starting work and will be returned ONLY under the conditions that I must break my side of the contract signed by both parties.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Depending on the job, I will always consult with my client first to find out their unique needs. I understand that it can be difficult to describe or fully understand tech related problems or needs and it is my goal to make that as simple as possible. During these consultations, I will be able to get a full idea of what exactly my client needs and will go from there, thus, I don't charge for consultations and time spent diagnosing your issue via a consult will be free. Once hired, you can expect prompt service, full customer support, hands on training if needed and a thorough examination after to make sure your problem was fixed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Much of what I know has been self taught over the course of over ten years. I have since trained professionally both in school and the workforce, getting my first job as an systems administrator at the age of sixteen. I've since gone on to found several companies working in the tech industry. I specialize in malware analysis, forensics and systems security.
