Introduction: I'm passionate about sharing my love for yoga with others. I practice and teach at two studios in Denver and want to expand my ability to reach others. I have been teaching yoga for about a year and half and practicing for about five years.
I enjoy practicing yoga as a means to strengthen my body and mind. I want to help others get the most from their yoga practice. I love when I give verbal cues while teaching and can see my students shift their weight and engage certain muscles to make the pose work best for them.
