- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different but in general, our rates run between $35 and $40/hour/man depending on the service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is to gather the best information we can initially to provide the most accurate bid/estimate and check for understanding to make sure we are on the same page. Once the estimate is accepted we will communicate exactly when we can show up and approximately how long the job/project will take. Once the job/project is complete and the customer is happy, we'll settle up. We then like to follow up a few days later to make sure nothing has changed with the result of our work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years of experience in many different areas of construction. I am a certified Building Analyst by The Building Performance Institute and have certifications in Thermal IR Photography and Lead-Safe Renovation.
