Was very impressed by is initial responsiveness and capabilities. He was very friendly and has very good interpersonal skills as well. I would give 5 stars, but dropped to 3, since he has not followed up as promised to complete the last part of the repair.
He replace 2 outside faucet/spigot bibs on Saturday and said he'd come back the next day, Sunday afternoon to finish securing the spigot to the front of the house after the foam has set. Currently the spigot/faucet is sticking out off the wall by about a centimeter and not secured to the wall. It's now been 3 days and no call back from him.
I was and am hesitant to speak disparagingly of him since he did a great job in all other regards and seemed very thorough otherwise (from what I can tell I got a very good vibe from him compared to other plumbers and contractors I've encountered, or perhaps he just very smooth and I was duped).
So I'm hoping it's a simple oversight or honest mistake on his end.
