Hired him to patch holes in some drywall in my office and touch up paint after we removed an old desk built into the wall. Did a good job fixing the drywall, left the space clean, and even helped me clean up some paint that was spilled when I was bringing it to him. Very nice, polite. Got the job done fairly quickly too. However, communication needs serious work. If you don't speak Spanish, it is very hard to communicate with him. The first day he arrived on time but left without checking in to let me know when he would return. I had to call him and he said he would be at my office in the morning but did not return until mid afternoon. Was frustrating that he was not there when he said he would be and didn't bother to call and let me know. When I hired him, I made it clear he was also supposed to haul away the leftover materials and he did not, despite saying several times that he would. I have attempted to contact him several times to get him to do it in order to avoid being fined by the city, it still has not been collected, so I am now going to have to call Waste Management and pay more money to have it picked up. When you leave a job you should finish it completely instead of dragging it out. This took way more effort on my part than it should've. Work was good, but professionalism, punctuality, and communication needs a lot of work. I would not recommend hiring this company.

This company is a fraud. They never showed up on time and the work was terrible. Take a look at the picture. They thought this was done. Thumbtack will not be around long letting vendors like this on their site
