- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We initially started this company to make an honest living and save our home owners from the high pressure salesmanship of these large companies in town. We on average save our homeowners 15-20% total job cost from our competitors. We also proudly offer additional discounts to our Military, First Responders and Educators.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In our industry, we generally need to come to your home to diagnose your custom project. Many reasons for this, there are a multitude of products out there, so we always like to distinguish what best fits our homeowners needs. Every home is different so we also like to diagnose variables that may coincide with your home. Once we decide on product lines and sizes we will have extremely accurate pricing to complete your remodel needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Between the two owners and our install crews, we offer decades of experience in this industry. We also have industry training with our primary product lines. We are licensed and insured in the state of Colorado, following all guidelines for permits, state / federal.
