- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have set pricing. Prices are negotiable after I spec' out parts you may need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will look up what you need based on your required assistance. Give you a quote that is highly competitive. If you accept, I will then give you a timeframe when the project will start and when you can expect it to be finished. If anything goes awry, I will contact you before doing things that you may not approve of. My process may take a bit longer, but I like to build a customer-client relationship as opposed to a brick-and-mortar shop.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been repairing and working in the computer/Networking industry since the age of 14. I have a degree from an accredited technology school as well as some CompTIA certifications. My full time career is Network Administration.
