Introduction: I have 5 years experience helping my clients achieve their goals. I have worked with high school student all the way to geriatrics clients. I believe in nutritional and physical transformations go hand in hand, you shouldn't strive for perfection just better then what you did yesterday. The best thing about my work is seeing my clients reach their goals and helping them along the way.

Michael was the best trainer I have ever had. He is friendly, funny and very good at his job. He motivates you but isn't fake or pushy, just a nice guy who really seems to care about your progress. The best part about training with Mike was how he always kept it interesting, there were always new exercises and stretches to do. Michael would always go the extra mile to ask about my diet and what exercise I was doing outside of the gym too, and when I told him to help me achieve "Michelle Obama arms" he did his very best to get the guns in shape! I've got to say I was very sad to see Mike leave our gym, I couldn't recommend him more highly.

Michael, what can I say? If you're reading this reference then don't look any further than Mike. I'm an endurance athlete who has worked with many trainers around the world. I found Mike's approach to health and fitness is second to none. He always keeps it interesting and challenging. He really cares about your goals and has a holistic approach to fitness; whether it's injury prevention, recovery or general fitness Mike's knowledge is incredible. You know what else? He's a really great guy. Fun to train with and makes you actually want to turn up and push through those hard sessions. I could not recommend Mike more highly.
