- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair and competitive. We produce quality work and will not underprice it but also want to be in a range where our photography is accessible to everybody. We also do discounts for our first responders, military and run specials from time to time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have questionnaires for new clients that are tailored to the type of session we are going be having. This allows us a chance to get to know them and what their vision is for their session. Asking the right questions allows us to plan ahead and ensure a smooth session and that the customer gets exactly what they paid for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly involved in continuing education in the latest photography shooting and editing techniques and trends so that our customers can get the perfect shot or have the exact finish envisioned to their photographs.
