- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process starts with understanding what a potential customers' issue or concern is and why they are contacting Window Genie. From there we like to provide solutions that will work within the customers budget and make sense for Window Genie to take on. Once there is an agreed upon path forward, we will schedule a time to perform the service. After completion, it is customary for Window Genie to call or email the customer for feedback on how their job was performed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in Corporate America for 25 years and learned about running a business and how to treat my customers. Funny thing is, how you treat your customers should be no different from how you want to be treated...Who did we really learn that from?
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I enjoy solving problems and building relationships. Operating a Window Genie Franchise has given me ample opportunity to meet new people and build relationships with residents and other business owners in my community.
