What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we find out what the customer is looking for and if we are a good fit, we send them a custom rental agreement to review so there are no surprises. We require a signed agreement along with a $200 deposit upon booking. The balance of the invoice can be paid the day of the event. Our staff will contact the client a week or two before their event to touch base and customize the photo strips for their event and answer any questions. On the day of, our trained attendants arrive at least an hour early to set up and begin promptly at the agreed time. They stay for the scheduled time assuring that everything runs smoothly for the remainder of the event. After the event is over, the technician will provide a flash drive with all the photo booth photos before closing out the invoice and leaving. Our staff have excellent response time and follow through to all our customers both existing and new!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would suggest making sure you are hiring professionals with a high level of integrity. After all this is your big day and you want your photo booth to be set up on time and keep things running smoothly. You also want a company to provide excellent follow through as well. You have enough on your mind and should not have to worry about someone doing the job you hire them for. Also, check the photo quality, make sure they are nice, clear photos. You will be surprised how many pictures from the photo booth you will love and want to enlarge and hang on your wall. Since the pictures are taken rapidly in a photo booth session, make sure the company knows how to properly adapt their camera to a high shutter speed and focus as to capture nice and clear photos! Next is props, don't be afraid to ask how the prop collection is and how many props are included. Many of your guests are more likely to use the photo booth if there are fun props that appeal to them. After all, dressing up is all part of the fun! When in doubt just read the customer reviews, they can tell you a lot about a business!
