Introduction: I am a highly-qualified personal trainer with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. I have a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Exercise Physiology and have been certified through ACE and NASM. My experience has allowed me to work with all populations, ranging from teens, pre- and post-natal moms, to seniors. I am willing to come to your house, but have equipment available at my house. Fees will vary based on travel distance and frequency of training.

Faith has trained me and re-certified me in CPR over the last 6 years. She is knowledgeable and presents the information in an easy to understand fashion. Because of her training, I was recently fortunate to save a friend's life who was in cardiac arrest. I highly recommend her.
