FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Though we do have roughly outlined price ranges, we prefer to have a conservation with all of our clients to give a price range tailored to any needs. As a result, our clients receive the best price and we get the opportunity to build a trusting relationship :).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will begin by introducing ourselves and getting the back story on your current media. Afterwards, we will create a new Project ID, which is used to keep track of all information for each of our clients. Once we receive your media, we will preform a FREE evaluation of your media to pin point the exact cause of failure as well as tell if we can recover your data or not. If you decided to proceed with a recovery, we will begin immediately and provide you with a recovery within 5-7 business days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
