- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price either hourly or as a fixed cost
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We of course start with a consultation either by phone or in home which includes an inspection of the residence or and the actual inventory in order to determine a game plan, to recognize anything that might require special attention. We show up when we say we will, we never charge anything more than we say we will and we treat our clients with respect, their belongings with respect and their time with respect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in or near the moving and delivery industry for a number of years in management, in the sales and in the field. My training is "real world and real time" training and i have learned from some of the best and will continue to grow and learn from the best as we never stop learning.
