- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We base our pricing on the service we give. We feel our service far exceeds our competition. Our equipment is modern. We use only the best products. And we treat every pet with love and kindness. In order to provide this service we must charge accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we meet a new client we like to spend some time discussing how they would like their pet groomed. So we can best meet their needs for their pet.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began at Pedigree Career Institute in 1979. I complete continuing education by attending seminars and trade shows yearly.
